Processing
- We handcraft and make items in small batches and some items are made to order, which may take a little longer. We are a one person company, our items are not mass produced, with that being said, please be aware that there may be slight variations in color and/or designs. Our current processing time is 3 - 7 business days + shipping within 3 - 10 days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time of that notification for full tracking details to populate.
- Please allow for additional processing and shipping time around major sales or during holidays.
- Please be sure to double check your address as Lujana Gifts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package is "Returned to Sender", Lujana Gifts is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees to resend the item.
- We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need help, please email hello@lujanagifts.com with as many details as possible and we will do our best
- Warning: Candles/Body Butters - Please be aware that our candles, bath and body products are made of natural ingredients and are temperature sensitive. In hotter climates when ordering and receiving shipped candles and body butters please arrange to be available when package is delivered, and/or have package delivered indoors such as an office to reduce risk of melting when kept sitting long hours in the heat. Soy wax and butters/oils have a low melt point, therefore storing candles and/or body butters in direct heat/vehicles may cause wax/body butters to melt. Discoloration of candle wax may occur if left out in the heat, which is normal.
Shipping
- We offer a flat rate fee for shipping per item, which is $8.88 for each order. We will ship USPS Priority mail first, however we may select UPS if it is not an option for your location.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states over $68.88
- Transit times will vary depending on delivery destination. We drop off shipments to our carrier on Monday - Friday, please plan accordingly.
- You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created.
- Shipping estimates are 3-10 days, these are shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them once the carrier receives them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier service. Once your package has been given to our carrier, Lujana Gifts is no longer responsible. Once shipped, and with the carrier, an order's tracking information is out of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands.
We are not liable or responsible for any carrier delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. We will not replace delivered missing or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be stolen, please file a police report as mail theft is a federal crime and should be reported.
Please provide a safe delivery area for your package(s).
If a package is marked "Delivered", but you are unable to find it, you must reach out to your local UPS/USPS to assist with tracking it. If you feel your package has been stolen from your property/mailbox, etc; please file a police report. Should you need additional information from us to process said claim, we are more than happy to assist.
Incomplete Address: Please verify you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered the incorrect information and the post office returns it, the customer/buyer will be responsible for additional postage to resend it.

International Orders
We are not currently offering international shipping outside the U.S.A., but if/when we do, those destinations will be listed here.
Order Error/Defective Product
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, damaged or defected product. Also, if you receive the wrong item, it will be replaced at Lujana Gifts expense within 10 days of notification. Please contact Lujana Gifts so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at: hello@lujanagifts.com
- You must include photos of damaged product and shipping box or issues with your purchase to help us with your claim for replacement.
- Please report order error/defective/damaged products within seven (7) days of delivery and before using your product for the first time to: hello@lujanagifts.com
- Please provide receipt or proof of purchase.
- Candles that have been misused are not considered defective. Please visit Candle Care & Safety to learn more.
Additional Information
- Please note - Candles, wax melts, body butters, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted or soft when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time, we cannot be liable for. We strongly advise you to make arrangements to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
- All sale and discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/release are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
